Double Down Tech is a MSP that works with large environments such as schools, nursing homes, and manufacturers. We also provide IT managers for companies that require onsite staff. We are located in New York and currently have 4 full time employees.

We were looking a product that would centralize multiple products and be a turnkey solution. Vembu afforded us the ability to support multiple customer with different environments using an enterprise grade product with an affordable cost.
