ConnectWise Integration
ConnectWise Integration refers to the process of linking ConnectWise Manage, a professional services automation tool, with the BDRSuite Backup Server/ 360 Server to streamline workflows and automate the ticketing processes.
You can view and handle service tickets created by BDRSuite Backup Server/360 Server and manage events related to backup job tasks from the ConnectWise Manage user interface. To utilize this functionality, ConnectWise Manage must be enabled in the BDRSuite Backup Server/360 Server.
How it works
ConnectWise Ticketing allows you to track and manage tasks such as Backup, Restore, Replication, and Integrity Check based on their status (Success/Failed/Warning). Tickets for these tasks will be created in your ConnectWise Manage account and placed under the appropriate Service Boards, as per your configuration.
