BDRSuite supports backup for VMware vSphere v8.x, ConnectWise Integration, Google Cloud Storage (object storage) as backup repository in version 5.5.0.
Existing customers running earlier versions can easily upgrade to v5.5.0 by downloading the latest version from their portal account. Refer to the software upgrade guide to learn about the upgrade path & steps involved in upgrading BDRSuite to latest version.

Backup Support for VMware vSphere v8.x
BDRSuite now supports the backup & replication of virtual machines on VMware vSphere v8.x.
ConnectWise Integration
BDRSuite now integrates with ConnectWise, one of the leading PSA software, to manage backup-related service tickets. This integration allows the creation of service tickets for every backup, replication & restore activity in ConnectWise Manage on the relevant service board. Through this integration, service providers can automate the ticketing and billing based on the product & service they offer to their customers.
VMware VM Template Backup
BDRSuite for VMware now supports backup of the VMware VM Templates used to create the virtual machines on-demand. You can backup the VM templates to block or object storage repository of your choice.
Google Cloud Storage as Backup Repository
BDRSuite now supports Google Cloud Storage (Object Storage) as a backup repository for both BDR Backup Server & Offsite DR Server. You can use Google Cloud’s object storage buckets to store a primary or secondary copy of the backup data.
Backup and Recovery of Google Workspace Shared Drive
BDRSuite now supports the backup and recovery of Shared Drives in Google Workspace Organization.
Backup and Recovery of Microsoft 365 Archive Mailbox
BDRSuite now supports the backup and recovery of user emails in the Archive Mailbox (In-place Archive) of Microsoft 365.
Deduplication for Microsoft 365 User Mails
BDRSuite now reduces bandwidth and storage utilization by using the mail-level deduplication feature at the source while backing up Microsoft 365 user mailboxes. So, BDRSuite can now avoid transmitting duplicate email data and saves bandwidth and storage.
