Following are the Steps to imports Leads :

  1. Click on Import lead options in Lead listing Page
  2. Choose the and Upload the CSV file from the explorer and enter a Title for the import process

  3. Map the required fields to the existing columns in CSV file using the column headers.

    4. Map field

  4. Click Import to Confirm the field mapping.

    5. Confirm mapping field

  5. Once the import process is done,the results are displayed with no.of records imported successful,failed.
