Perhaps you are an IT admin of a small scale business with 100+ employees or a slightly larger outfit made up of 700-1000 users. Whatever the case maybe, you are not new to the difficulties involved in maintaining data servers.
In completely physical environment, the expenses involved in hardware repair, data backups, ensuring business continuity can be sizable. Interesting new machine for backup services. Although how this compete with companies now using Google Drive as a free backup services?
Vembu BDR and Google drive are two different backup services. Google
Drive is similar to a File sharing application where customers can have
their important files backed up and can be accessed from anywhere by
synchronizing their devices.
But Vembu BDR is used to have your
physical servers backed up as disk images which in case of a server
crash can be used to rebuild. We also do support file backups where
users can configure folders/files of their interest to get backed up.
