Now you can generate your share links for files & folders from your client explorer location itself.
Previously if you need to share the link for your files or folders, you have to login to the webconsole and generate the links. But now, Vembu FileShare provides you with the best option to generate the links to share files/folders in an easy way.
Once you open the client explorer location, just right click on any one of files or folders for which you have to generate the link to share files & folders that you see on the option “Copy Vembu FileShare Link”. You will see the below screen shot.
Once you choose the right click option (“Copy Vembu FileShare Link”) on any files or folders it will generate the links and store it in the system clipboard, for that you will get a notification popup from your client tray itself as in the image below.
You can use the link and share it with anyone and if you need to set an expiry date or password for that link, you have to login with the respective user account, go to the share option and then set the password and expiry date for the same file. The link is same whether it is generated at webconsole or the file location. While using the same link, it will ask for the password.
