What is Campaign ?
Top MNC companies to small companies use online or an application to run campaign about their company products or offers. Sending campaign is the easiest way to reach customers via Email. This is also called a type of marketing, where we can make them to speak about our product without reaching them directly.
Vembu has developed Vembu CampaignDesk to send campaign to reach customers via campaign mails. Vembu CampaignDesk will play a vital role while sending campaign Emails to customer, because of it’s enhanced features.
List
You can create list of subscribers to send campaign to your customers. You can create list by importing CSV file, importing contacts from Vembu SalesDesk. After creating list, if needed you can add more subscribers too.
While editing list
- You can move and copy subscribers between groups.
- You can remove and unsubscribers from list at any time.
- Add subscribers from CSV file,from Vembu SalesDesk or add subscribers one by one.
- You can delete list based on your requirement.
Campaign
This is where you can run campaigns to your customer about your products. In campaign list page, you can view all your sent campaigns along with the status. You can track campaigns total sent count, opened count, visited count.
While creating campaign
- You need to select created list or you can create list too.
- Necessary attributes need to be filled to send campaign like sender’s name, sender’s Email, cc, subject
- Enable open,click tracking to track your customer once they open campaign mail or if they click link which you had sent along with campaign. Also you can enable google analytics to track your website traffic.
- Choose template or code template for your campaign. You can upload coded HTML file to use it as template.
- Send test campaign, to check how customer will receive your campaign mail. If you are not satisfied with your campaign, you can redo it and then you can run campaign.
- Before sending campaign to customers, you can do overview of your campaign details and you can preview your template.
Reports
You can view reports for your every campaign to know status of it. Once you select a campaign, it will display subject, enabled/disabled open and click tracking, opened count and visited count with percentage, unsubscribers count. In “view subscriber list” you can view detailed report for campaign.
Dashboard
In dashboard you can view campaign statistics for every month. In campaign statistics you can get number of sent campaigns, subscriber count, response count for the whole month. Also it will display how many subscribers you have added in list and how many campaign mail you have sent so far. The sent campaign mail count will be reset every month.
Settings
In Vembu CampaignDesk settings, you can configure your primary mail server in vembu domain. You can add multiple “outgoing marketing mail” to send campaign from added Email ID’s. You can inactive“outgoing marketing mail” based on your requirement. You can invite users, update your company profile and user (your) profile. Integrate google analytics to enhance your tracking.
