Sales Trends: Displays graphical representation of sales trends for the selected period of time chosen from predefined time intervals. This graphical chart provides the exact data of sales in terms of amount i.e, the amount of revenue generated on daily basis for the selected time period.
Won Opportunities: Displays a graphical representation of Opportunity count that are successful for the selected period of time chosen from predefined time intervals. It provides the clear picture of Opportunities of Leads/Customers which are successfully done in terms of deal on daily basis.
Sales Pipeline: Vembu Sales Pipeline depicts accurately the real time view of sales pipeline which is very helpful in understanding the sales progress and to forecast revenue. Sales pipeline can also be sliced and diced based on lead source, calendar month, sales representative, size of opportunities, conversion probabilities and by company products.
This chart consists of Funnel like structure for different stages of Opportunities for the selected period of time chosen from predefined time intervals.This Chart helps to see over all Opportunities in sales processes with different stages like New, Prospect, Evaluating, Contracting, Closed-Won and Closed-Lost as individual segments. The percentage of Opportunities is displayed in every segment and when mouse pointer is placed on any Segment and the count of Opportunities,closed sales in terms of amount for that segment is shown as mouse-hover message.
Lead Distribution by Type: Displays Pie chart representation of Lead distribution by type for the selected period of time chosen from predefined time intervals.This Chart helps to see the over all leads in sales processes with different leads status like New, Cold, Warm, Hot and Junk as individual segments. The percentage of Leads is displayed in every segment and when mouse pointer is placed on any segment, the count of leads for that segment is shown as mouse-hover message.
Opportunity Size: This pie chart consists of opportunity represented on basis of its price value for the selected period of time chosen from predefined time intervals. The size is divided as less than $500, $500-$1000 and so on till greater than $10000. The percentage of amount range is displayed in every segment and when mouse pointer is placed on any segment, the amount range & total amount is shown as mouse-hover message.
Conversion Period: This pie chart gives you the time period taken to convert a lead to an account for the selected period of time chosen from predefined time intervals. The time period used are represented in months starting from less than a month,1-2 months and so on till greater than a year. The percentage of converted leads is displayed in every segment and when mouse pointer is placed on any segment, the time period & no.of conversions is shown as mouse-hover message.
