Edit
This section contains information that is needed to edit a configured MS SharePoint backup schedule in NetworkBackup Client.
How to get here in the NetworkBackup Client Web Console?
From the NetworkBackup Client, select the Backup tab and click List Jobs. From the list of backup schedules, click the Edit icon in the edit column of the SharePoint backup schedule that you want to edit.
Note: Only some of the configuration options are editable |
The following options are editable
- SharePoint-Sites configured for backup.
- Sites can be added to or removed from the existing SharePoint backup schedule. You can select individual sites to be added/removed or choose the All SharePoint Portal Sites option.
Note: You must select at least one SharePoint Site for backup. |
- Full Backup Scheduling settings
- Max. No. of Full backups to be retained in the server
- Retention Policies for Backed up Files
- Additional Full Backup Configuration
- Advanced Options - Turn off or on the 'Run this backup each time BDRSuite NetworkBackup restarts' option.
Note: You cannot edit the 'Intelli-Delta Backup' option |
- Run additional full backup after saving this configuration:
- When this option is selected, NetworkBackup Client will schedule an additional full backup for the Microsoft Outlook data. The additional full backup will run immediately after saving the configuration provided no other StoreGrid backup is running in this client machine.
The following options are not editable
- Backup Server(s)
- SharePoint Site list name
- Encryption (and password)
- Intelli-Delta Backup option
- Job Name
