Purchasing Perpetual License

Perpetual licensing allows you to purchase and use the BDRSuite products by paying a single fee (one-time payment). Perpetual licensing comes with free maintenance and support for the first year. After the first year, you can purchase the annual maintenance and support (AMC) which is 20% of the license fee.

You can purchase the subscription license by following the below steps;

• Go to the BDRSuite Portal with the URL “ https://portal.vembu.com/ ”
• Click on Sign up button if you are a new user or enter the user credentials and click on Login button if you are an existing user.

• If you are a new user you must verify your account via the verification mail sent to your registered email and create a new password in the registered mail account.
• Navigate to “ Billing -> Update Billing ” where you can update your billing information, also you will be able to edit the ‘ Billing Address’ and ‘ Card Information’ . Once done with updating the information, click save .

• To purchase different BDRSuite Products and to add portal credits to your account please navigate to “ Buy -> Perpetual License” .

• Here you can select either the Perpetual License or Perpetual Maintenance according to your requirement.

• Choose the BDRSuite products that you want to buy. Multiple products can be selected at the same time for purchase. For the Edition (Enterprise or standard) you want to purchase select the License Type as to on what basis you want to purchase the licenses (For Example Per VM or Per Socket).

• You can also specify the number of licenses i.e. Quantity required for the selected product. Additionally, if you want to add an AMC please check the box below the license.

• After the selecting the products click on Add Items . Similarly the same can be chosen for Perpetual maintanence as well.
• Click on Make Payment .
• Choose “ Pay using existing credit card information/Pay using new Credit Card information or Purchase using portal credits .”

• After reviewing click the purchase button.

• Once after the successful purchase, you can see the purchased license under the License tab.
