Reports

The Resellers’ Portal account has a track of all the registered servers of SPs/ Customers under the Reports tab. When you click on the Reports tab, under All Reports it will display the Server Reports menu, this server -reports menu provides the information about the server details such as the last connected servers.

• When selected on the Server Reports menu, it will display the Non-Communicated Servers menu – This report provides the information about the last connected servers details such as server details, company details, version details, plugin details, and the option to download the reports as csv, for internal audit purpose.

• Selecting on the Non-Communicated Servers menu, it will display all the details of the servers that were connected to their respective BDRSuite Portal accounts previously along with that details such as server details, company details, version details, plugin details will be listed, also you can vary the time period to see the list of last connected servers from the drop-down alongside the page.
