Backup Status Report
- Backup Status Report displays the overall backup status. You can view, filter and download the report. Backup Status include: Failure, Suspended, Missed, Partial & Success
How to view Backup Status Report?
- From the Reports tab, select Backup Status Report option to view the Backup Status Report
Filter report
- Filter option let you add custom filters wherein you can apply filter of your choice for ease of view
- The backup filter includes following statuses to choose from: Missed, suspended, failed, successfully completed, partially completed
- Filters can also be applied based on duration. Provide your custom data range, apart from ranging between last 1-30 days
- Other options such as Instant Email option is available which instantly mails you the Backup Status report. Select the option and enter the mail ID to which the report must be sent. Click Send now to send the Email
Note: Before configuring the Instant Email option, enable the basic Email Settings.
Schedule Email report
- You can send custom filtered reports by providing a sender Email address
- Choose a custom filter saved or add a new filter based on requirement
- Choose schedules when to send
- Daily by specifying a time period
- Or choose weekly, specify a weekday, and time period
- Once you are done configuring the required settings, click Save
Note: You can download the reports as csv files.
