Accounts

Accounts

  • This section displays the Accounts Information of the customer as well as the server details. Select the Accounts tab from the top pane. You can view the hierarchy in the Accounts Tree pane in the left of the page. In case of a distributor the hierarchy is as follows:
  • Distributor -> Reseller -> the customers and the SP under that reseller, under the SP -> customers under the SP -> servers under the customers.
  • Select the distributor icon. The resellers connected, account count, SP under that individual resellers will be displayed. Select the Change Web Access option if you want to disable web access for that particular account. From the pop-up window, select OK

  • Expand the distributor account to view further account information. Select the reseller icon to view the reseller account information. The SP under that reseller and the customers will be displayed in the left pane under the reseller icon. The Company Name, Company Type, Backup Servers connected, Replication Servers will be displayed. Select the Change Web Access option if you want to disable web access for that particular account. From the pop-up window, select OK.

  • Expand the list further and select the customer under the reseller account. The Server Details such as Server Name, Product Type, Last Connected Time, Backup Details and the BDR360 status will be displayed. Select the Change Monitoring Status option if you want to disable the monitoring status for that particular server, click Yes from the pop-up window.

  • Select the servers under that particular customer to view backup details. The Backup Name, Plugin Type, backup End Time, Status, Original Size of the backup, Size in the Storage Target, and the License Status will be displayed.

  • Similarly, for a replication server under that customer, the details with regards to that account will be displayed.
  • Select the SP account under the reseller. This will list the Customer details such as Company Name, Company Type, Backup Servers, Replication Servers along with the Server Details such as Server Name, Product Type, Last Connected Time, Backup Details, BDR360 status.
  • Select the Change Web Access option to disable the web access for that account. Select the Change Monitoring Status option if you want to disable the monitoring status for that particular server, click Yes from the pop-up window
