- An Offsite Copy can be setup by enabling the schedule window or with no preference.

- Enabling the schedule window lets you choose the Start Time, End Time, and the days in which the replication process will take place.

- Additionally, you can define the days in which the replication will take place - all days or only on weekdays.
Retention:
- You can configure retention for offsite copies of backup data. Select the Image Retention Status option. You can define the count for daily restore point and Additional Full Backups to be retained. From the Store a maximum of full backups tab select the count for retaining Additional Full Backup. By default the value is 2.
- By default, retention settings will be disabled.
- If you have application backup in your backup server, you can configure retention settings for them separately. Select the File&Application Retention Status option. Specify the count for retaining the backup versions and the full backup count. Once done, click Save.
